It is now less than a week until the highly anticipated new Scottish Premiership season gets underway as fans get ready for another nine months of excitement, intrigue and madness all over again.
With Rangers and Celtic set to face off for the title, Hearts, Kilmarnock and St Mirren aiming to build on impressive campaigns and Ross County, Dundee United and St Johnstone looking to steer clear of the drop zone, clubs in the Scottish top tier have been carefully building their squads over the summer transfer window.
It has been an interesting window too, with former Barcelona talents, an England under-21 international goalkeeper, a Euro 2024 star and an ex-Liverpool academy star all involved within Scotland’s summer transfer business - but which names have captured the attention the most?
Here are the 14 most intriguing Scottish Premiership transfers this summer.

9. Yan Dhanda - Hearts
A shrewd signing by Joe Savage before his departure from Tynecastle, Dhanda was a real livewire for Ross County last season and will look to improve further at top three favourites Hearts. | SNS Photo: SNS Group

10. Josef Bursik - Hibs
Despite being just 24-years-old, Bursik arrives at Easter Road with lots of experience. Capped 10 times by England under-21s, he featured 50 times for EFL Championship side Stoke City and enjoyed positive loan spells at Peterborough United and Accrington Stanley. Replaces the retired David Marshall in the Hibees net and looks like a real smart signing by David Gray. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

11. Will Ferry - Dundee United
The young defender was a top performer for the highly-rated Southampton academy as a teenager and now has lots of first time experience under his belt after playing 75 league games for Cheltenham Town in the last two seasons. Strong in the tackle, Ferry is also capable of getting up and down the wing from full-back and offering extra support offensively. | SNS Group

12. Vaclav Cerny - Rangers
An £8 million signing for Bundesliga outfit Wolfsburg just a season ago, Czechia international Cerny is a bit of a coup for Rangers. Aged just 26, he has six goals in 17 games at international level and significant experience having played football for FC Twente, Ajax and Utrecht. If he can stay injury free, the forward is an exciting signing at Ibrox. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
