Rangers pre-season promise of a rebuild season has resulted in this being one of the most interesting campaigns yet on the transfer front at Ibrox, with over 15 players leaving the club and 12 more coming in during 24/25.
Sadly for ex-head coach Philippe Clement, a run of poor results means he will not lead the Rangers rebuild, with the Belgian boss sacked following the dismal 2-0 home defeat to St Mirren last weekend. Ibrox icon and former captain Barry Ferguson has been given the role on an interim basis, and he will look to eat into Celtic’s 13 point lead at the top.
While the restructure of the squad saw just one incoming during the January window, a number of others departed as the Rangers hierarchy continued to slimline a bloated squad, with the likes of Alex Lowry, Rabbi Matondo and Adam Devine all departing for pastures new.
In total, there have been 16 first team departures from Ibrox during the 24/25 campaign, but how have they fared for their new clubs so far this season?

9. Robbie Fraser - Livingston (loan)
Another youngster who made a temporary move away from Ibrox in January, the pacey left-back has a dream start to life at Livingston when he bagged a superb winning goal on his first start against Airdrieonians. He has featured in eight of Livi's nine games since, and picked up an assist in the vital 3-2 win over Morton at the weekend. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

10. Alex Lowry - Wycombe Wanderers
Tipped for a bright future in the Rangers academy, injuries blighted the talented youngster's time at Ibrox and he was allowed to move to EFL League One promotion chasers Wycombe in the January window. The Chairboys lost manager Matt Bloomfield to Luton Town shortly before Lowry's arrival, but sit three points clear of Wrexham in the race for promotion after appointing former Sunderland assistant manager Mike Dodds. The ex-Black Cats coach has slowly introduced the 21-year-old to the team as he looks to regain match fitness. 11. Sam Lammers - FC Twente
One of Rangers' biggest flops in recent years has rediscovered his form in the Eredivisie after joining FC Twente in the summer. Scored a memorable goal in a 1-1 Europa League draw with Manchester United earlier in the campaign, and has bagged another nine goals for his new side, who sit sixth in the Dutch top tier. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

12. Borna Barisic - Trabzonspor
Won every domestic trophy during his time at Rangers, but has endured a terrible time since his departure. Moved to Turkish outfit Trabzonspor alongside John Lundstram in the summer following the expiry of his contract, but barely featured before leaving to join Leganés on loan in January. He suffered an ACL injury just seven minutes into his debut for the La Liga club though, and is now out for the rest of the season. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
