DONE DEAL: Celtic sign striker

Ange Postecoglou has added Giorgos Giakoumakis to his squad, the Greek striker signing a five-year deal.

Jordan Roberts could be set for a return to Motherwell, according to STV’s Jamie Borthwick.

Hibs boss Jack Ross said: “It’s been no secret that we wanted to strengthen our defensive area and he will certainly do that; he’s a really good player with a big future ahead of him.”

Hearts ‘reject’ Souttar bid

Hearts have reportedly rejected a bid from an English Championship side for John Souttar.

The centre-back has arguably been the club’s best player this season.

He is in the final year of his contract with Hearts keen to tie him down to a longer deal with informal talks having taken place.

Celtic make defender move

Celtic have approached Spurs about a possible loan move for Cameron Carter-Vickers.

The 23-year-old US international is a centre-back and has played five times for the North London side.

He has had six different loan spells during his career.

Sky Sports reports a deal at this stage is unlikely.

Potential blow for St Johnstone - Jason Kerr deal

St Johnstone centre-back Jason Kerr could be set for the exit door.

Wigan Athletic are closing in on a £500,000 deal for the Saints captain, who lifted the Scottish Cup and League Cup last season.
