Celtic’s celebrated their third consecutive Scottish Premiership title win with a 3-2 win over St Mirren at the weekend and could make it a domestic double if they can overcome Rangers in the Scottish Cup final this coming weekend.
Strikes from Matt O’Riley, Kyogo and Luis Palma cancelled out Mark O’Hara’s first half double for the Paisley side and allowed Hoops fans to celebrate long into the night after finishing eight points clear at the top of the table.
However, for some, this weekend’s Scottish Cup final could be their last, with a number of Celtic stars potentially making a summer move away from the east end of Glasgow.
Here is every Celtic player who could leave for pastures new at the end of the current campaign.

9. Adam Montgomery - Departure
The 21-year-old full-back has a contract until 2027 with the Hoops but has endured an injury nightmare this season during two separate loan spells. Joining Fleetwood Town last summer, his spell with the Cod Army was cut short due to injury before he joined Motherwell in January. He suffered a hamstring problem on his debut against Alloa Athletic and has not featured since. 10. Yuki Kobayashi - Departure
Unlike his fellow countrymen Kyogo Furuhashi and Daizen Maeda, this Japanese defender has struggled to make an impact at Celtic Park. His contract doesn't expire until the summer of 2028, but he has only appeared in once in the Hoops matchday squad this season and is likely to leave Scotland this summer if a buyer can be found. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

11. Sead Haksabanovic - Departure
Another player on a long term deal that appears to have no future at Celtic. The Montenegro international has spent the season on loan at English Championship club Stoke City after being shipped out to the Potters when he appeared to air grievances over a lack of game-time on his social media channels. | SNS Group Photo: Alan Harvey - SNS Group
