Celtic’s celebrated their third consecutive Scottish Premiership title win with a 3-2 win over St Mirren at the weekend and could make it a domestic double if they can overcome Rangers in the Scottish Cup final this coming weekend.
Strikes from Matt O’Riley, Kyogo and Luis Palma cancelled out Mark O’Hara’s first half double for the Paisley side and allowed Hoops fans to celebrate long into the night after finishing eight points clear at the top of the table.
However, for some, this weekend’s Scottish Cup final could be their last, with a number of Celtic stars potentially making a summer move away from the east end of Glasgow.
Here is every Celtic player who could leave for pastures new at the end of the current campaign.

5. Adam Idah - End of loan
With seven goals in 13 matches, there's an argument to say Brendan Rodgers could look to convert Idah's loan spell at Celtic Park into a permanent one. However, his parent club Norwich City has already confirmed his return to Carrow Road. Could Celtic look to buy him on a permanent deal in the next few weeks? 6. Liam Shaw - Departure
The 23-year-old has spent this season in the English third tier with Wigan Athletic and has just a year left on his contract at Celtic. It is beginning to look unlikely Shaw will break into the Hoops starting XI so a more permanent move away this summer would make sense. | AFP via Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

7. Matt O'Riley - Departure
The Danish midfielder is likely to have a lot of interest in the summer. Celtic rejected a reported £20million bid from Atletico Madrid during the January transfer window and interest in his services will intensify once again over the coming weeks and months. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images

8. Maik Nawrocki - Departure
The Polish youth international was purchased in the summer for a reported fee of £4.3million but has struggled to get in the team ahead of Liam Scales and Cameron Carter-Vickers.
