Rangers’ painful end to the campaign continued at Hampden Park on Saturday as Scottish Premiership champions Celtic won the Scottish Cup in by defeating their Old Firm rivals in final minute of the game.
Adam Idah’s 90th minute strike ensured it was the Hoops’ name that would be engraved on the trophy for the 42nd time. For Philippe Clement’s Ibrox outfit, it left them to look back on their season with anguish and regret.
A number of players are set to depart for pastures new as their contracts come to an end. But which players likely to depart Ibrox in June? Here are 11 Gers aces set to leave this summer.

5. Ryan Jack - Out of contract
The long-serving midfielder has suffered injury upon injury this season and has been largely absent from Rangers matchday squads in 2024. Has reappeared on the bench in recent weeks and was included in Steve Clarke's Euro 2024 provisional squad. However, it's unlikely he will be offered another deal at Ibrox. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

6. Abdallah Sima - End of loan
The Senegalese international enjoyed an outstanding first half of the campaign before being hit by injury. Scored a total of 16 goals this season meaning Rangers would surely love to bring him to Ibrox on a permanent deal if at all possible. However, Brighton won't allow him to go cheaply. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

7. Mohamed Diomande - Likely to stay
The Ivorian has made a positive impression during his loan spell in Glasgow. Rangers have an obligation to buy this summer, meaning he will remain at the club beyond this season. It is a move which fans are sure to be pleased with. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

8. Kemar Roofe - Out of contract
The striker's season has been hit by injury throughout. When fit, the Jamaican forward offers a real goal threat. However, his fitness has been unreliable at best and the club have decided not to renew his deal this summer. Roofe has already confirmed his departure via his Instagram account. | AFP via Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
