Celtic have completed the signing of Uruguayan internationalist Diego Laxalt on a season-long loan from AC Milan. The 27-year-old is the Hoops’ sixth signing of the summer transfer window. (The Scotsman)

Rangers knock back Morelos bid

Late bids for Ntcham

Celtic midfielder Olivier Ntcham was the subject of two failed late bids on transfer deadline day. Ligue 1 club Bordeaux failed in a loan move for the 24-year-old French playmaker while also reporting that Celtic rejected another bid from Brest which was deemed to low. (RMC Sport)

Rangers issued new shares for more than £8million last month, according to documents submitted to Companies House.The Ibrox club allotted 42.25m shares at 20pence each at the end of last month according to the forms. (The Scotsman)

United sign McNulty

Former Hibs striker Marc McNulty has sealed his return to Scotland after his club Reading agreed loan terms with Dundee United. The twice-capped Scotland internationalist travelled to Tayside on Monday to finalise the deal. (The Scotsman)

McDonald moves to Spain

Anthony McDonald has departed Hearts and has signed a permanent deal with Spanish outfit Cordoba. The 19-year-old has signed a two-year deal with the Andalusia-based club who currently play in the country’s third tier, the Segunda Division B. (The Scotsman)
