Kellyanne Conway: President Trump will talk to the nation tonight
White House counselor Kellyanne Conway said President Trump will make a statement Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning as the votes of the presidential election are tallied.
“You will hear from the president tonight,” Conway told ABC News anchor George Stephanopoulos.

Hide AdTrump is watching results come in from the White House with about 100 campaign staffers and others, Conway said.
“The president is expected to address the nation later from the east room of the White House,” she told Stephanopoulos.
Conway then recalled how president-elect Trump addressed the nation at about 3 a.m. in 2016 after defeating Hillary Clinton in a stunning upset to win the presidency.
As at 2am (GMT) the race for the White House was still in its early stages and very close, with Florida in the balance from early counts., and states largely following 2016 results.
