National law firm Shoosmiths is expanding its Edinburgh team with the arrival of commercial dispute resolution partner Stuart Clubb.

Clubb, who qualified in 2003 and joins from rival HBJ Gateley, will lead the firm’s dispute resolution team in the city.

The solicitor advocate is experienced in corporate, contractual, insolvency and property-related disputes. He also advises insolvency practitioners, companies and directors on all aspects of insolvency law.
