Style doctor: Your design questions answered

I am looking for a high-back, wing chair for my living room. My style is a mix of modern and vintage furniture, but I would like something that will work as a focal piece. Says, D Johnston

A) Interior designer Doreen Smith says Kelly Swallow offers a fantastic range of unique vintage wing chairs. Each chair is individually sourced and recovered using Art Deco mangle cloth, vintage linen from Hungary and Germany, French grain sacks, as well as patchwork from designer fabrics such as Kenzo, Zoffany and Andrew Martin. The chairs are available ready to purchase online or can be ordered bespoke, costing from £800.

Q) I would like to create a workroom for crafts and jewellery making in a walk-in cupboard. The space is not that big so I am looking for stacking storage to keep things in order.

A) Store has some great, crafty storage solutions ranging from clear stacking craft storage drawers (£12), to the 16-compartment Storage Box Organiser Unit (£27), which can be free-standing or wall-mounted to hold smaller items and the Wooden Craft Worktop Organiser (£33), which has seven vertical bines to hold ribbon spools, wire and tools, plus a drawer for beads and buttons. Very neat is the ribbon storage hanger (£7), which will hold ribbons and threads.
