Scottish restaurants, from the Ubiquitous Chip to Taisteal, show us the spectacular dishes that will be available when they reopen
Some of our favourite restaurants are opening on April 26, while others have planned their relaunches a little later.
For now, you can feast your eyes on these dishes, which have been in development during lockdown, but will be available to sit in soon, depending on regulations.

1. Hanoi Bike Shop's Vietnamese bacon and eggs

2. The Ubiquitous Chip's lamb dish

3. Haylynn Canteen's babka

4. The Gannet's diver scallops
The Gannet recently announced plans to open a second Edinburgh restaurant in the summer. Their chef and owner, Peter McKenna, has shared this creation - maple and kelp cured diver scallop, pickled black trumpet, apple, dill, cucumber and Bowmore 15-year-old ice - to be served in their Glasgow restaurant when it reopens on May 19. 1155 Argyle Street, www.thegannetgla.com Photo: Contributed
