Brewdog’s new Edinburgh hotel: Beer on tap in every room and shower fridges

Brewdog is set to open a hotel with beer on tap in all rooms in the heart of Edinburgh.

The doors are expected to open the Doghouse later this year.

The update came tonight on social media from company boss, James Watt.

The company’s chief executive tweeted the news that Brewdog’s hotel in East Market Street would be up and running in the third quarter of 2021.

And he hinted at what lay in store, saying the venue would offer “an amazing beer hotel and bar in the heart of Scotland's capital.”

Mr Watt said customers could expect beer on tap in all rooms plus mini-bar “filled with the best beers in the plane” - and even fridges in the shower for shower beers!

Brewdog is moving into a derelict and an existing building close to Waverley Station.

The company also has plans for a hotel in London.

Ellon-based Brewdog was founded in 2007 by Mr Watt and Martin Dickie.
