21. February 21: Randy Feltface
One of the biggest hits of last year's Edinburgh Festival Fringe, Randy Feltface's show Feltopia is returning to the capital for two nights only. He'll be playing The Stand on February 21 and 23. In these uncertain times, you need a voice you can trust. Someone who’s traveled the world and knows how to fix it. Courage. Integrity. Other stuff. Vote 1 Randy Feltface. Photo: Contributed
A true original, American singer, songwriter and inventor or strange musical instruments is playing Glasgow's tiny Hug & Pint. He travels the world delighting audiences with his evolving "band" of surreal self-made Harry Partch-esque instruments including a motorized drum machine made of bike wheels called 'Mother Superior' and a souped up Dr. Seuss-ian Gramophone called 'The Hornicator'. Join the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra for a performance of Stravinsky’s The Rite of Spring - the musical piece that famously provoked a riot when it was first played more than a century ago. The programme also includes Stravinsky’s Agon and Bach's Keyboard Concerto No.2 in E Major. Photo: Contributed
Previously a sell-out success in Glasgow, Bongo's Bingo is now a regular at Edinburgh's O2 venue (previously the Corn Exchange). The award-winning original bingo rave phenomenon isn't one for shrinking violets, with rave intervals, dance-offs, sing-a-longs, big prizes and loads of surprises. It pretty much always sells out so plan well in advance, Photo: Contributed
