It was another rollercoaster of a weekend in the Scottish Premiership as Philippe Clement’s Rangers slipped up against Ross County, Dundee secured a top six finish at the expense of Hibs and St. Johnstone fell further into relegation danger.
However, the twists and turns of the Scottish Premiership seasons are only just beginning with the split fixtures announced on Tuesday afternoon.
The title race, qualification for Europe and a tense relegation battle will all be contested in the weeks and months ahead with all 12 Scottish top tier sides aiming to end the season on a high.

5. Motherwell

6. Dundee

7. St. Mirren
Another side with a top six spot secured is St. Mirren. They have won four, lost four and drawn two of their last 10 games. The Saints head into the split with an average of 1.40 points per game during that period. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

8. Hibs
The Leith outfit were unable to secure a sought after top six spot after winning just three of their last 10 games. They drew the other four and lost three.
