The South African midfielder has been handed his first Premiership start for the club.
“I’m very excited to start,” he told Sky Sports.
"The manager saw something different from what the team has when he signed me so it is a chance for me to show my quality.”
He added: “Games are not easy here in Scotland. Every game has challenges. We expect a tough game and respect every opponent.”
