Rangers transfer news as 22 y/o Scottish starlet 'targeted' for big summer move to Ibrox
Double Dundee raid on cards as Rangers eye reinforcements
Rangers have been credited with an interest in another up and coming young Scottish talent.
The Ibrox club have already secured one such player on a pre-contract agreement with Dundee midfielder Lyall Cameron set to complete his move to Govan in the summer.
Now it seems Rangers could be set to raid their Scottish Premiership rivals again with a report claiming that one of Cameron's teammates at Dens Park is also on the Light Blues' transfer radar.

According to the Rangers Review, Josh Mulligan is the latest Dundee player to be attracting interest from Ibrox with his contract also set to expire at the end of the season.
Mulligan is 22, the same age as Cameron, and has 10 caps for the Scotland Under-21s. A versatile operater, he is capable of playing at both right full back or in midfield.
Rangers are due to pay a compensation fee to Dundee for Cameron, which could be decided by tribunal if the clubs are unable to reach agreement, and the same would apply to fellow Dark Blues academy graduate Mulligan, who made his senior debut for the Taysiders at the age of 16.
Rangers are braced for a busy summer transfer window with a takeover by a US-based consortium nearing completion while Kevin Thelwell has been appointed as the club’s new sporting director.
A new permament manager has yet to be appointed with Barry Ferguson placed in interim charge until the end of the season but the report states that there is a "recognition internally that Rangers need to improve the physicality of their squad in certain areas this summer, with Mulligan’s profile fitting that requirement".
