How the Rangers players rated in 1-0 SPFL Premiership win over Kilmarnock

Rangers aimed to go nine points clear of Celtic at Rugby Park, Kilmarnock in the SPFL Premiership lunchtime kick-off.

The Hoops are in last season’s Scottish Cup semi-final with Aberdeen this afternoon giving Steven Gerrard’s side the chance to extend their command at the top of the table.

James Tavernier gave them the lead from the penalty spot and there was yet another clean sheet for the Glasgow side who ultimately stretched their advantage to nine points – but Kilmarnock restricted the visitors to a single goal and it was a nervy ending to the afternoon with the home side pressing for an equaliser that didn’t come.

Here’s how the Rangers players rated.

Scale - 10: One of the best performances you've seen. 9: Outstanding. 8: Very good. 7: Good. 6: Average. 5: Poor, 4: Very poor. 3: A terrible day at the office. 2: Abysmal. 1: One of the worst performances you've seen.
