Whether you’ve built up a strong lead in the group stages, or need some major surgery on your squad in order to save you from a lowly finish, World Cup 2026 Fantasy Football will now allow you to make completely free unlimited transfers leading right up to this deadline. So you can overhaul your entire squad without taking point hits for the round of 32.
For the next round, here are the 9 players we recommend you to transfer in your fantasy team this week. Don’t forget, the deadline to make these changes is 8pm Sunday, June 29 before the opening knockout clash between Canada and South Africa.

1. Brian Brobbey - Netherlands - 5.7m
The Sunderland striker is in clinical form for the Netherlands at the tournament, with three goals in two starts. The Dutch face a difficult last 32 clash with Morocco, but will be banking on the powerful strikers to come up trumps against and fire them into the last 16. At the price, he's an absolute bargain option, too. Chosen by just 2.1% of players, get yourself some sneaky extras points without breaking the bank. | AFP via Getty Images

2. Jorge Sanchez - Mexico - 4m
The defender is the highest scoring defender in a Mexico team that is yet to concede a goal at the tournament. While they are yet to discover who their last 32 opponents are, they knew their first knockout game will be against a third-placed team at the Azteca, so you can expect them be favourites whoever they are paired against. | Getty Images

3. Daichi Kamada - Japan - 5.8m
Japan face a tough task in the last 32, with a match up against Brazil. However, they are no fools - as proven in their group stage fixtures - and Kamada has wracked up an impressive 24 fantasy points after scoring two goals from midfield. 4. Felix Nmecha - Germany - 5.6m
An attacking threat from the midfield, the Borussia Dortmund ace is well priced at 5.6m, considering he has already bagged 25 fantasy points. With Germany topping Group E, they'll face a third place side in the next round and will likely be favourites to progress. Nmecha will play a big part. | Getty Images Photo: Getty Images
