Did work for Celtic TV and was also an agent.As well as duties as an agent, where he helped establish a link for Hearts to sign Australian youngsters, 'Big Slim' also runs a company offering teenagers football scholarships in America.The no-nonsense midfielder spent 12 years at the club, making over 400 appearances. He left in 1996 and would play for Falkirk, Hamilton and Cowdenbeath before retiring.The current Hearts manager has also enjoyed stints at Cowdenbeath, Raith Rovers, Leicester City, Dundee United, Scotland and a spell as the director of football at Tynecastle.His football career would cruelly be brought to an end after he was involved in a car crash.
