Darren good role at Hearts

HEARTS Under-19 coach Darren Murray has been appointed player development manager at Riccarton in recognition of his sterling work within the club’s youth academy.

The expanded role will see Murray work even more closely with John Murray, Hearts’ director of football, and first-team coach Gary Locke ahead of an anticipated under-20 league beginning next season.

“I am delighted to get my immediate future sorted out,” said Murray “These are exciting times to be a young player at this football club and I’m looking forward to the exciting challenges ahead.”
