And King believes their winning mentality can carry them forward as they seek to achieve their goals for the season.

“Definitely top six and I think we can aim for top four,” King said when asked what their aims were.

“The players we have brought in and the squad we have got, we are more than capable of getting top four. We have made some really good additions.

“Obviously it’s a more competitive league and we are not going to win the same amount of games as we did last year. But we carry the same mentality.

“You saw that last week (against Dundee). We were 1-0 down at half-time and we came back because we know we have got that mentality carried on from last season.

“If you have that mentality then you will win more games.”
