Celtic have endured a rollercoaster 12 months, but with two games left in the Scottish Premiership season they still have an opportunity to win the title despite some serious turmoil.
Nicolas Kuhn, Adam Idah and Greg Taylor all departed for pastures new during the summer window as former head coach Brendan Rodgers looked to freshen up his team, though the Northern Irish boss didn’t last long into the season, resigning in October before being replaced by Wilfried Nancy, who was sacked after just 33 days in charge. In between, 74-year-old Martin O’Neill has led the team on an interim basis.
Youngsters such as Josh Clarke and Francis Turley have gone out to gain valuable experience on loan, while flops such as Shin Yamada, Odim Thiago Holm and Hayato Inamura all moved on to pastures new at different stages of the campaign.
Here we look at the 22 Celtic players who moved away from the club before the start of the new campaign, and assess how they have done for their new teams in the first half of the season. Who has found success away from Parkhead - and who regrets their decision to leave?

One of several players to join former Celtic player Marc Wilson at Maryhill, the 22-year-old right-back has played 30 times as Partick Thistle qualified for the Championship playoffs in second place. The club confirmed in February that they have an agreement with Celtic, which will see him join permanently in the summer. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group

22. Josh Clarke - Partick Thistle (loan)
Similar to McPherson, the on-loan goalkeeper has been a regular at Partick Thistle, keeping 12 clean sheets as the Maryhill club sealed a second-place finish in the Championship. He will sign for the club on a permanent deal in the summer following the end of his loan, the club have confirmed. | SNS Group Photo: SNS Group
