How the Celtic players rated in Europa League win over Lille
Celtic ended an otherwise miserable Europa League campaign on a high note with a 3-2 victory over French side Lille as a much-changed home team impressed for under-fire boss Neil Lennon.
David Turnbull was the star of the show in his first European start, netting the winning goal but also notching an assist for Christopher Jullien’s opener and playing a role in winning the penalty for Callum McGregor to score.
The hosts were twice pegged back by Jonathan Ikoné and ex-Parkhead loanee Timo Weah but Turnbull’s late strike gave a morale-boosting win.
Player ratings scale - 10: One of best performances you've seen. 9: Outstanding. 8: Very good. 7: Good. 6: Average. 5: Poor, 4: Very poor. 3: Terrible day at office. 2: Abysmal. 1: One of worst performances you've seen.
