Neil Lennon’s side will now kick off at home to the Tangerines at 3pm, rather than the previously scheduled 7.45pm evening kick-off.

The decision to move the Parkhead match by a few hours was agreed by both clubs and follows a similar announcement by Rangers and St Mirren yesterday where both agreed to move their fixture at the SMISA Stadium to mid-afternoon.

Both games now kick-off at 3pm, as does St Johnstone v Hamilton, while Hibs v Ross County is at 6pm and Motherwell v Kilmarnock is scheduled for a 6.15pm start.

Livingston v Aberdeen is still scheduled for 7.45pm as it stands.

After facing Dundee United, Celtic travel across Glasgow to Rangers on January 2 but their league match following the Old Firm game caused controversy last month with Hibs rejecting a fixture switch from January 9 to January 11, a move which was later ratified by the SPFL.
