There are several presales available for Deep Purple’s 2026 Glasgow gig.
Rock legends Deep Purple have announced a massive headline gig at the OVO Hydro next year.
Set to play the Glasgow venue on Thursday, November 19 2026, the hard rock pioneers will be joined by Wolfgang Van Halen’s Mammoth and UK rockers Jayler. Deep Purple last performed at the Hydro in 2024, where they were joined by Reef.
With tickets on sale this week, here is everything you need to know about Deep Purple at the OVO Hydro - including presales and ticket prices.
Deep Purple UK Tour 2026: Here’s when they will play Glasgow
Deep Purple will kick off their 2026 UK tour in Newcastle next November, before heading to Glasgow for a gig at the OVO Hydro on Thursday, November 19 2026.
Here are all of their UK tour dates:
- Wednesday, November 18 2026 - Newcastle Utilita Arena
- Thursday, November 19 2026 - OVO Hydro, Glasgow
- Saturday, November 21 2026 - BP Pulse Live Arena, Birmingham
- Sunday, November 22 2026 - AO Arena, Manchester
- Tuesday, November 24 2026 - Eventim Apollo, London
When do tickets go on sale?
Deep Purple tickets will go on sale at 10am on Friday, November 21 via sites including AEG and Ticketmaster.
For the best chance of purchasing tickets, fans should make sure to sign up or log in to their preferred ticket site in advance of the sale beginning. Other advice includes making sure that only one device and browser tab is used, and that there is a stable internet connection.
Deep Purple presale
There are several presale options for Deep Purple’s upcoming UK tour dates, including a few exclusive to Glasgow.
Applying to all of their upcoming UK tour dates is presale through AEG presale, which will begin at 10am on Thursday, November 20. To access this presale, fans must ensure they sign up via AEG’s website before 10pm on Wednesday, November 19.
There are then two further Deep Purple presales, just for their OVO Hydro show.
The first is OVO presale which is open to customers of the company registered for its OVO Live rewards scheme. This presale will begin at 10am on Wednesday, November 19.
However, there is also a second presale for Deep Purple in Glasgow. Open to anyone who signs up for the Scottish Events Campus newsletter before 4pm on Wednesday, November 19, this venue presale will begin at 10am on Thursday, November 20.
How much are Deep Purple tickets?
Ticket prices for Deep Purple’s show in Glasgow are set to range from £64.95 to £277.50.
These prices are likely to vary from venue to venue, based on factors including fees, ticket type and more.
Who will support Deep Purple in Glasgow?
For their OVO Hydro gig, Deep Purple will be joined by special guests Mammoth and Jayler.
Fronted by the Grammy Award-nominated songwriter, vocalist, multi-instrumentalist, and producer Wolfgang Van Halen, Mammoth will join the band during all of their shows except London.
Meanwhile, up and coming UK group Jayler will also provide support.
Are there any restrictions?
Yes, only children aged 5 and over may attend, with any over 14s to be accompanied by an adult over 18.
Only 6 tickets may be purchased per person and bank card with any in excess of this to be cancelled.
In addition, due to the nature of the OVO Hydro organisers warn that level 3 is only accessible by stairs and, alongside level 2, it may not be suitable for those with mobility or height issues.
