Woman convicted over genocide
A DUTCH court yesterday convicted Yvonne Basebya, a Rwandan-born Dutch woman, of inciting genocide in Rwanda’s 1994 mass murders of ethnic Tutsis by members of the Hutu tribe.
It was the first conviction of a Dutch citizen for the crime.
