70 motorists fined near Loch Lomond

Police have fined 70 motorists for parking illegally near Loch Lomond.

The cars were parked on Saturday on the road between Balmaha and Rowardennan and posed a risk to others, police said.

Officers were called to the beauty spot to help Stirling Council staff enforce parking regulations, with pictures posted on social media showing cars blocking the popular route.
