Looks like the Prime Minister is set to speak at 12.30 pm today - though he is not famous for his time keeping, so we’ll keep an eye.

Admits that the party want a new leader, and a new prime minister.

“I want to say to the millions of people who voted for us in 2019...thank you for that incredible mandate... the biggest share of the vote sinse 1979”

He adds that he believed it was his obligation to the people that led him to stay in his position for so long.

“Let me say now to the people of Ukraine, I know that we in the UK will continue to back your fight for freedom for as long as it takes.”

Not a particularly emotive speech - similar vibe from previous, though spoken with some passion.
