A new study into what makes for the perfect work/life balance has uncovered which areas of Scotland are best to live in.

Scotland offers a wide variety of places to live and work.

The study from money.co.uk analysed data from ONS to uncover where the 10 best locations in Scotland are.

Eight different factors were considered in the rankings, and scored equally between the various categories. These included happiness, anxiety, life satisfaction, access to public and green spaces, earnings and hours worked, and unemployment levels.
