A new snapshot of the Scottish property market reveals some interesting facts, showing which areas of the country are the most affordable places to buy property.

GetAgent have just launched their annual Sellers Report 2023, covering the whole of the UK

However Scottish locations truly dominated the top 20 least expensive list.

All Scottish destinations included had average asking prices as low as £97,500 and as high as just £110,500, with Ayrshire and Glasgow proving themselves as real hotspots for affordable properties.
