Huge queues pictured in West Lothian as recycling centres reopen
There are long tailbacks as people visit recycling centres for the first time since the lockdown began.
A long queue has developed on the westbound A71 at the Oakbank roundabout, as residents visit the newly reopened recycling centre nearby. Some drivers started queuing as early as 7:30am this morning to get to recycle their waste.
