‘Donald Whit a Loser’: Scots singer celebrates as Donald Trump leaves White House
Iona Fyfe posted the song, sung to the tune of Andy Stewart’s classic “Donald Where’s your Troosers?”, on Twitter, as the outgoing President prepared to vacate the White House ahead of Joe Biden’s inauguration.
Entitled “Donald Whit a Loser”, and with lyrics penned by Mark Russell, Ms Fyfe called the song a “nice ‘off ye go’ tae Trump”.

“It stuck in my head!” she added.
“It’s cool how creatives can collaborate at the touch of a button nowadays.”
Ms Fyfe said the response to the song has been “pretty overwhelming and positive”.
“On Facebook it’s been viewed over 108,000 times and on Twitter over 58,000 times.

“I think the link that Trump has to Scotland is quite funny,” she added, “he knows fine right he can’t come here right now.”
But while the song sends a message, Ms Fyfe insisted that “it also re-engages people with traditional music and Scots song, which is lovely.”
President Trump broke with tradition this afternoon, refusing to attend the inauguration of Mr Biden at the Capitol building in Washington DC.
