TWO celeb heavyweights clashed on the ultimate proving ground for celebrity status (twitter) this week, it didn’t come to blows though, as the pair ended up practically becoming BFFs.

Lady Gaga cheekily mentioned Lindsay’s eating habits after spotting her at a hotel, tweeting: “@LindsayLohan when you ordered a cucumber and a knife to the bar last night I thought you were gonna perform a vasectomy #justaskinnybitch,” LiLo took it well and replied: “#skinnysnack1 @ladygaga hahaha.”

Legendary twitter user Charlie Sheen is rumoured to be closing his twitter account. The star, gained notoriety for his drug induced antics and racked up more than a million followers in two days. Since then Sheen, real name Carlos Estevez, has calmed down. And whilst he still appears to be winning with his new show ‘Anger Management’ and nearly eight million twitter followers, it seems a sensible decision to remove himself from twitter, just in case he goes on another tiger-blood fuelled bender.

Chris Brown, Rihanna, Drake love triangle/spat

The never ending on-off romance saga, rages on. Already involving a cast of thousands, hip hop star Drake joined the party last month. Brown and Drake traded barbs on Twitter regarding Rihanna – awww fighting over a girl, how sweet – after going mano y mano, or entourage y entourage, at a New York night club. The feud was squashed so we’re able to focus on Rihanna’s next rumoured relationship.

Lily Allen

She’s no stranger to Twitter spats, but this time Lily was the target of a racist tweet from Royal Scots Borderers’ Sniper Lance Corporal Harry Wilson. His offensive tweet made mention of Lilly Allen’s plan to adopt a baby from Africa. The Singer, who has previously suffered two miscarriages, accepted an apology from Wilson.
