Tram exhaustion

Do we know if the capital’s
carbon footprints have been
reduced now our long-in-the-waiting tram system is operating at double the original cost and half the track length?

City centre traffic pressure remains high but log jams seem worse with extra waiting times at traffic lights.

This surely increases exhaust fumes from buses, taxis
and cars idling at the traffic lights – if not raising the blood
pressure of drivers and bus
passengers.
