Holy Cross Primary School given the all clear
The school received a visit from Glasgow City Council’s pest control team before the October break.
Rodents were found in the staff room, toilets, dining area and several classrooms of the school.

Hide AdThe school was checked by pest control before staff and pupils returned after the holidays and was given the all clear.
However, Councillor Soryia Siddique said future infestations must be prevented.
She said: “The news regarding the infestation in Holy Cross Primary School is concerning.
“The City Council must ensure the school is treated and clear of infestation, ensuring children are learning in a health and safety compliant environment.
“It is also important that future infestation is prevented by pest control.”
