Three charged over £50k drug seizure

THREE men have been charged after police seized heroin with a street value of £50,000.

The men, aged 60, 42 and 28, have been reported to the procurator-fiscal. Police found the drugs in a vehicle on the Standing Stane road near Kirkcaldy on Saturday.

A spokesman said: “This seizure is one of several operations Fife Constabulary has successfully carried out.”
