2. Rezgar Zengana
Zengana was convicted of raping a 25-year-old female at the High Court in Glasgow on 6th June 2008. He failed to appear for sentencing on 4th July 2008 and remains at large. It is believed he may be in the Netherlands or Turkey. Photo: Police Scotland
3. Martin Banis
Banis was originally wanted by Latvia in relation to eighteen charges of fraud for which he has been convicted and sentenced to six years imprisonment. He has thereafter failed to appear at his next court hearing. Photo: Police Scotland
4. Israr Ali
Ali is being sought in relation to the murder of Waqar Shah who was killed within his flat on Pollokshaws Road, Shawlands, Glasgow on 1 April 2010. It is believed he may now be in Pakistan or France. Photo: Police Scotland
