9. Being drunk in a pub or any public place
Being drunk in a pub seems a relatively logical place to be drunk. However, according to a couple of laws from the 19th and 20th century, keepers of public houses cannot allow any drunkenness on their property, and they cannot serve alcohol to those already drunk. 10. Not offering all the beached whales or sturgeons to the reigning monarch
