Second man charged in connection with fatal shooting of Graham Williamson in High Blantyre
A second man has been charged in connection with a fatal shooting in a South Lanarkshire town.

Hide AdGraham Williamson was in a back garden in Caithness Street, High Blantyre, when he was gunned down in a daylight attack on August 17.
The 26-year-old made his way to the street where he was helped by members of the public until an ambulance arrived.
He was taken to University Hospital Wishaw but died a short time later.
Police Scotland confirmed on Wednesday that a second man, a 24-year-old, had been charged in connection with the incident.
He is due to appear at Hamilton Sheriff Court on Thursday.
It comes after Derek Felvus, 23, of Hamilton, appeared at Hamilton Sheriff Court charged with murder and attempting to defeat the ends of justice.
Felvus made no plea and was remanded in custody.
