Scottish weather warning: Police stop driver with frozen windscreen as amber weather warning for snow and ice issued
The red Citreon Nemo was stopped after police in Dumfries and Galloway saw that both the windscreen and the windows were fully frozen over.
A spokesperson for Police Scotland explained: “The driver's visibility was very poor and he could have been involved in an RTC.

The Met Office has issued an amber weather warning in Scotland with snow and ice predicted.
The warning lasts from Wednesday through to Thursday evening.
Temperatures will hit highs of 3C and lows of 2C, though the Met Office warn that it will feel like it’s below freezing throughout most of the day.
