Moray wildfire: Man arrested and charged over major fire
A man has been arrested and charged following investigations into a major wildfire, it has been reported.
Flames ripped across gorse near the village of Kingston in Moray on Tuesday, 30 March.
Six appliances and a water carrier were called to tackle the blaze, which was described as “5m deep” at its worst, before it was extinguished later that evening.

Hide AdA 31-year-old man has since been arrested and charged in connection with the fire, the BBC reports, and a report will be sent to the Procurator Fiscal.
