Missing 70-year-old Scot is traced in London

POLICE have confirmed a missing 70-year-old woman from Scotland has been found safe and well in London.

Flora Laird, who is known as Yvonne, was last seen around 2.40pm on Friday 15 July in Larbert.

She was walking on Stirling Road and heading towards North Broomridge Roundabout.

A Police Scotland spokesman said: “We can confirm that Yvonne Laird has been traced in London.

“Officers would like to thank the media and the public for their assistance with the appeal.”
