MacRoberts bolsters commercial team in Dundee
Law firm MacRoberts has boosted its commercial team in Dundee with the appointment of Gavin Thomson as a senior solicitor.
Thomson joins the practice from Aberdeen-based energy services giant Wood Group, where he was a legal adviser for almost five years.
MacRoberts said he will join partners Euan Duncan and David Gourlay to assist the firm’s growing number of clients in the Dundee area, and will specialise in intellectual property, IT and e-commerce, commercial contracts, data protection and cyber security.
Earlier this month, the firm unveiled a revamp of its brand and website after calling in help from Stance, the start-up digital agency based in Edinburgh.
