The search for the second man is still ongoing.

Emergency services have been called to Loch Ness to rescue two men who fell in the water.

At around 6.50pm on Thursday, reports were made of two men having fallen into the water near Dores Bay.

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Around 6.50 pm on Thursday, 9 July, emergency services were made aware of two men having fallen from a boat into Loch Ness near Dores Bay.

“One man has been rescued from the water and a search is currently ongoing for the other.”
