Floral tributes have been left at Laurieston Parish Church for Grangemouth teenager Harley Smith. The man charged will appear at Falkirk Sheriff Court later today (Thursday), police have confirmed
Harley was from Grangemouth and was riding his bike on Polmont Road on November 6 last year when he was hit by a silver Mercedes.
The teenager died at the scene.
