Glasgow police appeal for witnesses after attempted murder
Police in Glasgow have appealed for information from the public after an attempted murder in Priesthill.
A 28-year-old man was left with serious injuries after he was mowed down by a car at around 1:55pm on Thursday, June 18 on Hartsone Road.

Hide AdThe victim was taken to Queen Elizabeth University Hospital, where he remains in a stable condition.
Police said the attack followed a disturbance in the area, and are now searching for the driver of the grey estate-type car involved.
Detective Sergeant Steven Slater of Govan CID said: “This was reckless and dangerous behaviour which will not be tolerated in our community. Enquiries are ongoing and we are working to establish the circumstances leading up to this incident.
“There would have been a number of people in the area around the time and we are keen to talk to anyone who may have seen anything. We are also keen to chat to anyone that may have dashcam footage of the incident.”
