Glasgow incident: Police seal off Tollcross Road after two men found injured

Two men have been taken to hospital and a street has been sealed off in Glasgow after an early morning incident today.

Police say two men were found injured outside the One Stop Shop on Tollcross Road, and investigations are ongoing into the circumstances surrounding the incident.

The road remains closed and all traffic is being diverted.

A police Scotland spokesperson said: “Around 7.40 am on Tuesday, 12 January, 2021, police attended a report of 2 men injured outside the ‘One Stop Shop’ in Tollcross Road, Glasgow.

Police have sealed off the area.

“Both men have been taken by ambulance to Glasgow Royal Infirmary.

“Enquiries are ongoing to establish the circumstances surrounding this incident.

“Tollcross Road is currently closed and traffic diversions are in place.”
