When last seen, Robert was wearing a black motorcycle jacket, black jeans and brown boots.
Community Policing Inspector Stephen Kay said: “It has been almost a fortnight now since Robert was last seen.
“He keeps in touch with family and friends so not to be in contact for this length of time is concerning for everyone.
"The response from the public to our previous appeals had been good but unfortunately, we still have not managed to find him.

"Officers have been carrying out significant enquiries to try and find him but still need the help of the public in the search.
“If you know where he is or have maybe seen him or his bike, then please get in touch with the police as soon as possible.
”We'd also appeal to Robert himself to contact police or his family to let us or them know he is safe and well."
