Dundee teenager charged with explosives offences

A teenager has been charged with offences under the Explosive Substances Act following a police search.

Police Scotland said the 17-year-old male is expected to appear at Dundee Sheriff Court today.

He was charged following a search of an address at Troon Court in Dundee on Monday.
