Dick Crescent housebreaking: 43 year-old man arrested and charged with breaking into a property in Irvine

A 43 year-old man has been arrested and charged with breaking into a house on a street called Dick Crescent in Irvine last night, police have confirmed.

Police were called to a property on Dick Crescent in Irvine, Ayrshire at 9.30pm last night, March 22, following a report of a man breaking into a house on the street.

A 43-year-old man from Irvine has been arrested and charged, say investigating officers.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal in regarding the alleged housebreaking incident.

A Police Scotland spokesperson said: “A 43 year old Irvine man has been arrested and charged with a housebreaking after police were called to a property on Dick Crescent at 9:30pm last night (22/03).

“A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.”
